Genomic Newborn Screening

I am a board-certified pediatrician and currently serve as a medical doctor and junior research group leader for Genomic Newborn Screening at the Institute of Human Genetics at University Hospital Heidelberg in Germany. I earned my medical degree from the University of Tübingen, where I was part of the IZKF research funding and received a DAAD stipend for studies at Brown University. With global clinical rotations in Germany, the USA, the U.K., China, and Switzerland, I have gained a comprehensive perspective on healthcare. Additionally, I hold an MBA degree with a specialization in Health Management from the University of Applied Sciences Neu-Ulm.
